Chief Executive Officer
Nawaf Al Ibrahim is a Saudi businessman and investment executive who leads a diversified private investment portfolio across the Kingdom and international markets.
He plays a central role in managing and expanding that portfolio across key sectors in Saudi Arabia and internationally, with oversight of diversified holdings in real estate, equities, petrochemicals, media, hospitality, and consumer goods.
Nawaf has long-standing, deep-rooted relationships with key government leaders and leading figures across the private sector, locally and internationally. He continues to build on these relationships through close engagement with top business leaders and strategic partners, ensuring sustained growth and international expansion across his investment interests.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Abdullah Alangari serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Shadowguard Systems, where he focuses on building relationships, closing deals, and driving the company's growth on the ground. He is known for being hands-on: bringing the right people together, spotting opportunities early, and turning ideas into real, executed projects.
Over the years, Abdullah has built strong connections across Saudi Arabia, spanning the Kingdom's sovereign investment ecosystem, major sports institutions, and senior government circles. These relationships are more than contacts: they have played a direct role in opening doors, shaping partnerships, and moving conversations into action.
His experience comes from working closely on deals in AI, data, infrastructure, and emerging technologies, where speed, trust, and execution matter. His work is closely aligned with Vision 2030, with a clear focus on bringing advanced technology into practical use, making things easier for clients, and contributing to a more efficient, forward-moving ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
Co-Founder & Strategic Business Development Advisor
Nawaf Al Hattlan is a Saudi lawyer, co-founder, and strategic business development advisor, specializing in building business strategies and aligning them with regulatory frameworks.
He focuses on designing executable strategies that adapt to evolving markets, while ensuring integration between legal requirements and operating models to achieve sustainable growth.
He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration in Leadership and Strategic Management from King Saud University, along with a Bachelor of Laws and a Higher Diploma in Advocacy. He is a member of the Saudi Bar Association and a certified trainer in legal and administrative fields.
